එකක් Download කිරීමට යෑමේදී ,
එම Application එක හෝ Game එක Download නොවී Downloading යන මෙනුවේ නතර වී තිබිම ගැටලුවක්ව ඇත.
එය සකස් කරගන්නේ කෙසේද?
පියවර 1: පළමුව ඔබගේ Phone Memory ය ඉතිරිව තිබේ දැයි පරික්ෂා කරන්න.
පියවර 2: දැන් ඔබගේ
දුරකතනයේ Settings වෙත ගොස් (Application
Manager / Manage Application හෝ Apps) වෙත යන්න. මෙම ආකාර 3 න් එකක් හෝ ඔබගේ දුරකතනයේ Settings මෙනුවේ දැකගත හැක.
පියවර 3: පසුව එහි All යන Tab එක වෙත ගොස් Playstore මෘදුකාංගය තෝරාගන්න.
පියවර 4: දැන්, එහි පහල
ඇති Clear Cache හා Clear Data යන දෙකම Touch
කර සියලුම Playstore හි ඇති දත්ත මකා දමන්න.
